We are looking for a Senior Full Stack engineer to become part of our team. As a key contributor, you will work with an agile team. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Ruby Engineer and React.js.

As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer, your work will touch most of the business and enable technology to keep the experience for our readers and customers on the bleeding edge.
Technical Requirements
● Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
● 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
● Experience with the complete project software stack (AWS/Postgres/Redis/Ruby on Rails/ReactJS)
● Extensive JavaScript experience, including knowledge of modern tooling and development techniques (proficiency with React is a plus)
● Proficiency with relational databases and SQL
● Experience designing and building API’s, as well as working with 3rd party API’s
● Ability to implement responsive designs and work closely with our designers
● Proficiency working with Git-based version control
● Post-secondary education in engineering or computer science or equivalent work experience
● Able to define project epics, stories and tasks in collaboration with the product team and other stakeholders
● Able to translate project goals and requirements into technical tasks for the development team
● Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Jira/Confluence
