TechGenies is a global software development company with years of experience in delivering cutting edge, custom solutions to a wide range of verticals and industries. We are looking for a Business Analyst to become part of our team. As a key contributor, you will work with an agile team.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Performs requirements gathering from customer teams on the detailed process mapping and involves IT and automation teams where required to further identify and qualify opportunities ​
  • Refines complexity of automation process and creates deployment plan ​
  • Works with the Business to identify process improvement opportunities for maximum impact and solution quality / integrity ​
  • Creates the process definition documentation and process maps used for automation to hand over to the automation development team​
  • Works with developer to support solution design & UAT planning
