Before joining TechGenies, Aldo founded and led for two decades Quipu Digital, a software development firm providing software development solutions to companies in Peru and the US from a diverse set of industries such as health services, tourism, and market research.

Aldo lives with his wife and kids to the east of Lima. He enjoys fishing, traditional archery, and building RC planes.
