Dr. Banerjee’s career is marked by significant leadership roles at esteemed organizations including Accenture, Texas Instruments, Infosys, HCL, and DXC Technology. She has held influential positions such as Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Chief Business Officer and General Manager, where she has consistently driven profitable growth, managed executive client relationships and led high-performing teams.
She has made impactful contributions across various industries such as Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. Additionally, she collaborates with ecosystem partners to deliver comprehensive solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
Dr. Banerjee earned her Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina. She also holds an M.S. from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. Further honing her leadership skills, she attended the Women’s Executive Leadership Development program at the Wharton School of Business.
An inventor and a scholar, Dr. Banerjee holds three U.S. patents and has authored 14 technical publications. Dr. Banerjee is inducted into the Technology Hall of Fame Award by Women in Technology International (WITI) in 2024. She sits on the Advisory board of UTD JSOM and WITI.
