Dirk Hobgood is an accomplished executive with experience as a COO, CFO and CTO in rapid growth, privately-held businesses.

Dirk Hobgood currently serves as a Managing Director with Accordion Partners, a NYC-based management consulting firm specializing in serving the needs of private-equity held businesses.

Immediately prior to joining the TechGenies team, Dirk served in various executive roles with Research Now. Prior to joining Research Now, Dirk founded Agility Management Solutions, a senior management advisory firm providing diverse management consulting services in the realms of business strategy, capital and liquidity management, system and process design, technical accounting, and financial reporting.

After earning his BS in Accounting from Murray State University, Dirk began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Later in his career, Dirk served in various financial management capacities with Nortel Networks. Dirk also held the positions of Group Director of Business Risk Servioces at Ernst & Young, Global Head of Internal Audit at Sanmina-SCI and EVP of Consulting & Chief Financial Officer of Accretive Solutions.

Dirk has advanced the achievement of strategic goals and objectives for both public and privately held companies with global operations throughout his career.
