Gaurav holds a B.E. degree from Delhi College of Engineering and a PGDBA (Marketing) from Symbiosis. He has a rich experience of over 17 years in the ITES sector supporting Global Operations in NA, EU and APAC regions.

Gaurav is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Management professional & an ISO Lead Auditor (9001:2008 – QMS), who worked as a Global Quality Head in his last assignment with Toluna (a global online market research company), where he was responsible for End to End Business Process and Quality for annual projects worth $120m. Later, before joining TechGenies, Gaurav worked as a Quality consultant with various leading Market Research companies and brands like Genpact.
