Before joining SeatonHill and the TechGenies teams, she was VP of Finance and Controller at Geoforce, the CFO of FreeFlight Systems, an aviation and aerospace company that supplies advanced aircraft navigation solutions for civilian and military applications. While there, she initiated the implementation of the SyteLine ERMS system, process improvements, and negotiated banking credit facility renewal that increased the facility by $3.5M and decreased restrictive terms and interest rate among other accomplishments.
After earning her MBA in Finance from Tulane University and graduating with a BS in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University, Lesley began her career with Price Waterhouse and followed with executive assignments for companies including Goodrich, Celanese, and Ameriforge among others.
Lesley specializes in global financial management, operations management, global tax management, management of operational and corporate finance functions, change management, risk management, treasury, GAAP, control environments including Sarbanes-Oxley, and steady improvement and restructuring.
Through her experience, Lesley has demonstrated excellence in improving processes, increasing efficiencies, and managing projects.
In her free time, Lesley enjoys reading mystery novels, skiing, and working with technology.
