Kris brings over 44 years of IT leadership across industries like telecom, healthcare, banking, manufacturing, and education. As the former CTO of NTT DATA Inc., he spearheaded R&D and innovation strategies, driving impactful solutions for global enterprises.

He has led technology solutions across IT, transportation, finance, retail, entertainment, academia, and telecom, delivering projects in 20+ countries.

Currently, Dr. Smith teaches Computer Science at Southern Methodist University, focusing on Project Management, Software Engineering, and Requirements Engineering. His research covers enterprise solutions, data analytics, application security, cloud, and orchestration, with multiple U.S. Air Force grants for quantum computing cybersecurity and autonomous military vehicles.

Previously, he held senior executive roles at IBM, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, Caesars Entertainment, and Masergy Communications, leading technology strategies for major enterprises like Comcast, Amazon, Wal-Mart, AT&T, Coca-Cola, the NBA, and the Olympics.

Dr. Banerjee’s career is marked by significant leadership roles at esteemed organizations including Accenture, Texas Instruments, Infosys, HCL, and DXC Technology. She has held influential positions such as Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Chief Business Officer and General Manager, where she has consistently driven profitable growth, managed executive client relationships and led high-performing teams.

She has made impactful contributions across various industries such as Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. Additionally, she collaborates with ecosystem partners to deliver comprehensive solutions for Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Banerjee earned her Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina. She also holds an M.S. from Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. Further honing her leadership skills, she attended the Women’s Executive Leadership Development program at the Wharton School of Business.

An inventor and a scholar, Dr. Banerjee holds three U.S. patents and has authored 14 technical publications. Dr. Banerjee is inducted into the Technology Hall of Fame Award by Women in Technology International (WITI) in 2024. She sits on the Advisory board of UTD JSOM and WITI.

A recognized industry leader, she was inducted into the Tech Titans Hall of Fame (2023) and has received prestigious awards, including InspireCIO’s North Texas Global ORBIE CIO of the Year (2021) and SEI’s Women in IT Luminary Award (2020).

Currently, Trude leads GGVH Tech Consulting, providing C-Suite and Tech Advisory services. Committed to community impact, she teaches in SMU’s Tech CxO Excellence Certificate Program and serves on the boards of multiple tech startups and nonprofits.

Maan is the founder of TechGenies LLC, a global software development company that provides outsourced teams for software development and operations support to companies around the world.

During his 43-year career, Maan built and exited many successful companies, and invested in, and mentored many others.

As a philanthropist, Maan recently founded Hexa, an Innovation eco-system consisting of 6 global companies; Hexa Ventures, a Venture Studio, TechGenies, a global software development company, Mindtap, a Marketing agency, GoGenies, a sales and support augmentation firm, and TechZillion, a coworking operation in Richardson, Texas and 2 other locations globally.

As an investor, Maan founded TrenData, an AI-based, predictive analytics company, and acquired Insala, an HR Tech company. Globally, Maan founded over 12 companies in all 5 continents, and invested in over 30.

As a corporate executive between 1980 and 1994, Maan held senior positions with PageNet, the largest paging company in the world at the time, and telecommunications conglomerate GTE (currently Verizon).

Maan received his BEEE in computer systems engineering from the American University in Beirut and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He also pursued doctoral studies in economics at the University of South Florida.

Maan sits on the board of few companies and is a philanthropist, having established, with the help of his wife Weeda, a global education foundation (www.EducationUnbound.com) for the benefit of disadvantaged kids. The nonprofit acquired NuMinds Enrichment and works on promoting STEAM education globally.

Ahmad’s Teams successfully delivered over $50M in annual revenues, with double digits year-over-year growth. Ahmad’s balanced approach of being client focused, while ensuring that the employees were highly satisfied, was key in his success at Research Now.

Ahmad also spent more than five years in Telecom sales, owning his own mobile phone company with both eCommerce and brick & mortar locations, all while pursuing his bachelor’s degree.

Ahmad holds a Masters of Business Administration with emphasis on Project Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Ramage has more than 20 years of experience in development, quality control, and operational and product management, with extensive experience within the research and innovation space.

Adam graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and earned his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Before joining Techgenies, Tarek founded several small businesses in Argentina and Lebanon. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and believes that entrepreneurs are key for solving the real problems that societies face every day. Tarek is fluent in 4 languages and is learning Portuguese as he is eager to connect with Brazilian entrepreneurs and businesses in the hopes of continuing the expansion of Techgenies to all Latin America.

Having lived over a decade in Argentina, Tarek is happy to be back, managing the office of Techgenies, in Buenos Aires. His goal is to make Techgenies´ services accessible to all businesses in Latin America, giving them the tools they need to expand globally quickly. Tarek loves to interact with people, learn about their needs and challenges, and help them overcome them.

Tarek loves to watch and play soccer and, is a huge fan of Argentina´s Boca Juniors.

Fernando holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering and another in Electronic Engineering and his passion is to create useful solutions to support companies and people.

A native of Colombia, David has lived in the US, India, and Sweden, giving him substantial and proven experience working across multicultural environments like TechGenies’.

Zia has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. So with a career start as a game developer, it has been for around ten years now that he is enthusiastically serving the technology startup industry.

Zia has a lot of interest in architecture and art, is a very polite and straightforward person, and always prioritizes his employees’ peace of mind. So to avoid all the fuss of human errors he keeps his focus on productivity, professionalism, and value addition. Zia strives to bring wonders in the world of developmental sciences and for that, he is equally considerate towards his physical health.

Career high points include demonstrating capabilities in large scale Program and Project Management, managing multiple accounts and portfolios at a time, working with global teams, working on various regulatory and compliance project. In last few years have delivered multiple projects managing multiple teams with size greater than 100 +. Experience in Managing clients and teams in multiple technologies with Analysis, Design, Development, customizations and implementation of software Web and Mobile applications. Have worked with IT giants like IBM, INFOSYS, Zensar and others and worked with Clients in different domains like Banking, Insurance, Travel, Recruitment, E-commerce and others.

Strong at Agile(Scrum), SDLC Project / Product / Strategy / Stakeholder Management / Account Growth. Managed program governance, establishing robust deliveries and control to eliminate failure. Tracked finances, basic costs and wider costs relating to program administration.

A Business and Tech-savvy with over 15 years in a top management position, he is passionate about building competitive teams, managing complex projects, improving processes, innovating solutions, growing businesses, and developing strategies to meet the different challenges of today’s competitive world. Digital transformation has been his cup of tea.

Haitham is also the CEO of HR Technology in MENA, a member of TechGenies Group and an authorized reseller for Deltek LLC, a global provider of HRIS and talent management software technology and services.

Haitham worked as Director at HRsmart in the Middle East for 7 years, managing the HRsmart operation in the Philippines for two years until it was acquired by Deltek LLC in 2015. He also worked as Chief Accountant at Razin Group Holding for 5 years, and as External Auditor at an Audit Firm in Beirut for 2 years.

As a visionary, a social activist and a business and community developer, Haitham founded Shouf Entrepreneur an extension to the Lebanese technology & innovation ecosystem in rural areas starting from Shouf in Mount Lebanon. A unique non-profit model base on volunteering, Shouf Entrepreneur focuses on building personnel and business capacities, and developing the entrepreneurial mindset of rural youth and women, in order to inspire rural, national, economic, and social development and growth.

Haitham holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and tries to always find time always for sports, especially his favorite, swimming.

She has a degree in business administration and interactive media design. She has a passion for everything usability and customer satisfaction as well as developing a strong connection with her team mates.

With a strong background in both technical execution and leadership, he bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI advancements and real-world applications. In his industry roles, Shakeel has worked with WeWork x Flatiron School (USA), Kubrick Group (UK), the UK’s Office for National Statistics (ONS), and TechGenies (USA), leading AI and data-driven initiatives. At WeWork, he optimized business intelligence and analytics, while at ONS, he focused on data governance and statistical modeling. At Kubrick Group and Flatiron School, he trained and mentored AI and data professionals, equipping them with the skills to apply AI in business. Now, as Director of AI at TechGenies, he drives AI strategy, recruitment, and implementation, positioning the company at the forefront of AI solutions.

Beyond industry, Shakeel is a dedicated AI educator and trainer, designing and delivering AI and machine learning courses for professionals and business leaders. His expertise in curriculum development, corporate training, and AI literacy programs enables organizations to upskill their workforce and embrace AI-driven innovation. His ability to simplify complex AI concepts while maintaining technical depth makes him a sought-after mentor and speaker in the AI community.

Now, as the esteemed Global Director of Technology at TechGenies, he spearheads the organization’s cutting-edge initiatives, fortifies security practices, oversees the proficient IT Support team, and manages the infrastructure department.

Santiago’s professional journey has its roots in development and operations, and he excels in a diverse range of fields including performance testing, Fullstack development, and fostering a thriving devops culture. Additionally, he possesses a deep expertise in overseas cloud engineering, development, and automation, specifically with platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform.
