Ryan has over 25 years of industry knowledge with roots in application development and over 15 years of leadership experience. Ryan has seen 7-8 generations of technology come to fruition and loves nothing more than being able to blend technology, people, and process together so that they are all humming along quite nicely.
Bovermann was previously the CTO of DirectScale, a SaaS software company focused on delivering solutions designed for the direct-and social-selling industry, where he led the technology vision and architecture, development, design, and operations that supported building the enterprise to scale. Prior to that, Bovermann led a technology group at Nerium International, enabling the firm to double its revenue growth in just two years through technology enablement.
